This summer at Innisfree Therapy, we’ve seen an increase in couples contacting us to support them with issues that have emerged from under the spotlight lockdown placed on all relationships.

There seems to have been a trend for more couples to seek therapy after struggling to communicate, but before a betrayal or relationship ending event.

Lockdown has changed how often, and the language people use to discuss their relationship. With an increasing openness amongst friends to admit when they are struggling or to seek support.

 It is ok to be struggling. It is ok to not be ok.

At Innisfree are supporting couples and individuals as they navigate this strangest of times, by helping them to communicate and look after themselves emotionally.

Seeing support for any problems early in a relationship will help the relationship to ensure.
