James Ferguson graduated with a Masters degree in Counselling from the University of Edinburgh in 2016. Since then, he has worked as a specialist therapist with Innisfree Clinic.
James facilitates group work and individual sessions, focusing on compulsive behaviour and trauma. He has a Diploma in treating compulsive sexual behaviour and has completed Level III training in Brainspotting as an approach to trauma work. He is also trained in COFRA 121 STOPSO, offering a therapeutic approach for offenders and COFRA 121 STOPSO for partners.
James has lived experience of compulsive behaviour and a family background that includes neurodiversity, which informs his practice and support for neurodiverse clients.
