CEO & Founder
Rob Watt
Rob Watt is the CEO and founder of Innisfree Therapy. He has extensive experience of working with addiction, trauma and associated disorders.
He founded Innisfree Therapy as he is committed to providing a high standard of care to individuals and couples affected by sexual compulsivity and addiction, recognising that it is important to provide time and space for this process. -
Director (NED)
Katharina Watt
Kat is Co-Director of Innisfree Therapy. She is a skilled and experienced integrative psychotherapist.
In addition to assessments and individual 1-1 therapy sessions with those affected by compulsive behaviour, Kat facilitates weekly psychotherapy groups and monthly aftercare groups for those suffering from relational trauma and co-facilitates treatment planning and facilitated disclosure sessions at Innisfree Therapy.

Clinical Director
Dr Kirsty Loudon
Initially qualifying and working as a doctor in the NHS, Dr Kirsty Loudon has over 15 years of clinical experience.
Additionally, she holds a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and has worked in various settings, including hospitals, addiction clinics, and the private sector.

Psychotherapist
James Ferguson
James Ferguson graduated with a Masters degree in Counselling from the University of Edinburgh in 2016. Since then, he has worked as a specialist therapist with Innisfree Clinic.
James facilitates group work and individual sessions, focusing on compulsive behaviour and trauma. He has a Diploma in treating Compulsive Sexual Behaviour and has completed Level III training in Brainspotting as an approach to trauma work. He is also trained in COFRA 121 STOPSO offering a therapeutic approach for offenders and COFRA 121 STOPSO for partners.

Psychosexual Therapist
Magda Piesiewicz
Magda is a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with an MSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Relationship and Psychosexual therapy.
She brings an integrative and trauma-informed perspective to her work and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy. Her doctoral research examines the conceptualisation and treatment of Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder (CSBD), exploring how different theoretical frameworks and methodological approaches shape clinical understanding, assessment, and therapeutic intervention.
Through her academic work, Magda seeks to contribute to a more nuanced and inclusive understanding of sexuality, mental health, and unconscious processes.

Aisue Hazer
Aisue Hazer is a MA-qualified psychotherapist and couples and family therapist. She works with an integrative approach of psychodynamic and systemic therapies with an emphasis on creativity and playfulness.
Aisue engages her clients with curiosity and empathy, cultivating a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration.

Deniz Cavlak
Deniz Cavlak is an MA-qualified psychotherapist who has clinical experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, with a range of age groups, in both private and public settings.
Her work with children in foster care led to her special interest in trauma and attachment difficulties.

Alex Soteriades
Alex Soteriades is an art psychotherapist (MA) and holds professional training in both individual and group therapy.
He has been working in the field of trauma since 2016, starting off in adoption and fostering where he provided comprehensive assessments and treatment for developmental trauma and attachment difficulties.

Mike Power
Mike Power is a qualified addiction Counsellor with a BSc honour’s degree in addiction counselling from Bath University. Mike is a passionate and results-driven addiction and ChemSex specialist.
Mike has a proven track record of supporting persons experiencing substance misuse fused with compulsive sexual behaviours, alongside playing an essential role when engaging with community and residential-focused drug and alcohol treatment services.

Gianluca Failla
Gianluca is a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist at Innisfree Therapy, offering individual and group therapy for clients affected by chemsex, compulsive sexual behaviour (CSB), and related difficulties around intimacy, relationships, shame and emotional regulation. He works with clients presenting with complex sexual and relational concerns, with particular experience supporting gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men.

Alex is a BACP registered substance misuse and compulsive behaviour therapist with experience working in Cape Town, Belgium and London. Integrating person-centred and existential approaches to therapy with evidence based and trauma informed techniques, he works to create a safe space in which he and his clients can explore, challenge, and change their behaviours and lives.

Kelly Doyle
Kelly Doyle works across all areas of Innsfree Therapy as the Operations Director, where she gets to employ her love of business organisation and development.
Kelly has a BA(hons) in Business Studies and it was during her studies that Kelly developed a love for business operations and functions.

Paula Ferguson
Paula Ferguson is the Clinical Manager at Innisfree Therapy. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing and is completing a postgraduate diploma in Coaching Psychology. With over 20 years of experience in the UK and internationally, Paula has developed a collaborative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach.
She is passionate about supporting both clients and colleagues, creating environments where people can flourish. Paula is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, the International Society for Coaching Psychology, and the Association for Coaching.

Administrator
Lila Fogarty
Lila Fogarty is our Administrator at Innisfree Therapy. She assists with the onboarding of clients and supporting operational and clinical processes. Since graduating from the University of Westminster, Lila has developed a keen eye for detail and a love for thorough organisation. As the Administrator, Lila helps to ensure that processes and procedures are carried out and the Innisfree team is fully supported.

Scheduler
Louise Barker
Louise Barker is our Scheduler at Innisfree Therapy. She supports clients through the booking process and helps coordinate the day‑to‑day flow of appointments.
With a Diploma in Management, Louise brings strong organisational skills and a calm, structured approach to her work. In her role as Scheduler, she ensures that client needs are met efficiently and that the wider Innisfree team is supported through clear communication and well‑managed schedules.
