BSc (Hons) Psychology (1st class), CICS Diploma in Compulsive Sexual Behaviour, Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy
As a dedicated Sex and Relationship Therapist, Olga believes that meaningful connection begins with feeling truly seen and understood. She brings warmth, compassion, and professional expertise to her work with individuals and couples navigating challenges in their intimate relationships.
Olga’s journey into this specialised field began with a degree in Psychology, followed by comprehensive training in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy at Middlesex University in London. She went on to deepen her knowledge through an Advanced Diploma in Couples Therapy from the NAOS Institute and specialist training in Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Therapy.
Olga creates a judgement-free space where all aspects of sexuality and relationships can be explored with care and respect. She understands that discussing intimate concerns can feel vulnerable, and prioritises creating an atmosphere of safety and acceptance from the very first session.
Drawing from attachment theory, cognitive techniques, and existential perspectives, Olga will work with you to help you create the fulfilling relationships you desire.
She is particularly passionate about helping couples rebuild trust and intimacy after difficult disclosures and supporting individuals in developing healthier relationships with their sexuality.
Olga recognises that every journey towards healing and growth is unique, and she is here to walk alongside you with understanding, expertise, and genuine care every step of the way.
