A structured space to understand and rebuild
This programme offers the opportunity to better understand what you are experiencing, begin to make sense of the impact, and take the first steps towards greater stability and recovery.
Partners can be left navigating intense emotional responses while also trying to make decisions about the future of the relationship. This can feel isolating, especially when the experience is not fully understood by others.
The Phoenix Partners Programme offers a confidential group setting where participants can explore the impact of compulsive sexual behaviour-related trauma with the support of trauma-informed clinicians and others who share similar experiences.
The focus is not only on understanding what has happened, but also on helping participants feel more grounded, more supported and better equipped to move forward with clarity.
What the programme helps with
At Innisfree Therapy, we recognise that partners often need specialist support in their own right. The Phoenix Partners Programme has been designed to provide a safe, structured and professionally facilitated space for those affected by compulsive sexual behaviour or sex addiction.

Ongoing partner support
Alongside the group programme, Innisfree Therapy continues to offer wider support for partners, including individual partner sessions and couples work where appropriate.
This allows support to be tailored to individual circumstances, whether you are seeking a space to process your own experience, understand relationship dynamics more clearly, or explore next steps with professional guidance.
Who this programme is for
This programme may be suitable for those who have been impacted by a partner’s compulsive sexual behaviour or sex addiction and are looking for structured, specialist support.
It may be particularly helpful if you are experiencing emotional overwhelm, persistent anxiety, intrusive thoughts, difficulty regulating emotions, or a sense of isolation following disclosure or discovery.
