Paula holds a masters (MSc) degree in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing and is currently completing a post graduate diploma in Coaching Psychology, as her passion for contributing in a meaningful way to the lives of others continues to direct her both academically and as a practitioner.

Over the past 20 years, Paula has worked across a variety of sectors in the UK and internationally, gaining a breadth of experience that has shaped her professional versatility. This diverse background has allowed her to continually learn, refine her practice, and develop a mature, client-centred approach while remaining authentic and congruent in her work.

Paula’s approach is collaborative, transparent, and firmly rooted in evidence-based and trauma-informed methods. Warm, approachable, and passionately committed to peoples’ wellbeing, Paula strives to create structures and cultures that allow both staff and clients to flourish. As Clinical Manager at Innisfree Therapy, Paula is dedicated to supporting and empowering our exceptional multidisciplinary team in their work with our clients. She also provides psychologically informed, evidence-based coaching to individuals and groups.

Paula is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, the International Society for Coaching Psychology, and the Association for Coaching.
